Assisting urban refugees presents unique challenges. As the proportion of refugees in urban areas continues to grow, it becomes increasingly important to identify successful models for reaching out across cities. The UN High Commissioner for Refugees’ office in Syria has developed an innovative approach to extending its reach across Damascus.
