Inclusive Security documents women’s contributions to peace processes across conflict areas worldwide through primary research, including case studies. Analysis and documentation focus on women’s participation in conflict prevention, negotiations, and post-conflict reconstruction — including governance; disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration; transitional justice; and security sector reform. Inclusive Security staff also contribute to leading research on women, peace, and security issues published by partner organizations and affiliated institutions.

Publications are pragmatic and operational, offering suggestions, guidelines, and models to encourage policymakers to include women and gender perspectives in their policies and program designs.
